Celebrity Chef to Use Ironhaus Fireplace in Upcoming Season

Celebrity chef , renown author and restauranteur Rick Bayless is well known for his tantalizing Mexican food and celebratory style of cooking. Award winning Topolobampo and Fronterra Grille ,his Signature restaurants,are widely respected and viewed by many as the finest Mexican food venues , and he earns that respect by personally overseeing each. His nationally syndicated series on PBS "Mexico:One Plate at a Time" features festive dishes, libations and much more all filmed right in his home near Chicago. Now a specialized custom wood fireplace, handcrafted by Ironhaus in Hamilton Montana, in expected to be used to put a new spin on his cooking style: cooking over wood in an open fireplace.
